Who You Are:
- You have solid residential experience & are comfortable with light commercial systems
- You are comfortable working on: RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, multi-system commercial properties
- You enjoy troubleshooting & solving problems — not just swapping parts.
- You communicate clearly with customers & explain things in a way they understand.
- You take pride in your truck, your tools, your appearance & your work.
- You value integrity over high-pressure sales.
- You want to be part of a team where your work actually matters.
- You want to further your career by learning more complex systems.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and identify potential system concerns
- Communicate options clearly and professionally
- Work independently while knowing you have team support
- Represent our company with professionalism in homes & commercial buildings
Qualifications:
- 3+ years HVAC experience
- Strong diagnostic skills
- EPA Certification
- Commercial experience
- Valid driver's license
